I sold three houses with New Love Realty in just seven years. They were each my primary residence and each was sold for a different reason. The last one was over $500,000. I chose the lesser of two offers so that my realtor could make the commission both as sales person and his listing agent. At the closing, my realtor did not thank me, shake my hand or say goodbye. Worst property management experience I have ever had. They don't enforce smoking policies in their buildings and charge tenants for simple maintenance requests. I would avoid at all costs.

Won't let you pay rent without charging a "convenience fee". My building was acquired by Newlove as the managers and won't let us pay in cash, check or money order! I've never had to pay fees to pay rent! Horrible service! Go elsewhere!
