Steve doesn't call back, respond to emails or even care about the property management business. Gregg always there to help but can't get ahold of Steve.... Started off great, somewhere along the way, they lost there way. To busy selling houses and teaching classes and no time to manage effectively.
Not sure how this place is even in business. Stay away from this bogus company. Steve refuses to respond to text messages, and when you attempt to call him, his mailbox is always full. He doesn't collect money from his tenants, and they have no way of getting in touch with him either. He's now taking advantage of a widower and not paying the money that's entitled to her. Work with a real company. This place is a joke.
