Friendly and outgoing, Iva makes you feel comfortable with the whole process of selling your home. She is very helpful when establishing an asking price and then negotiating to get you that price. She is also excellent at keeping you informed along the way and is always available when you have questions or concerns. She took a great deal of stress out of the sale.
