This is the WORST medical "care" I've received - for the entire group, and this location in particular. No one answering the phones has correct information regarding referrals & booking. Then the doctor I saw told me to stop taking medications I was on, and to try yoga and meditation. *slow blink*
I couldn't agree more with the two other reviewers that said there were rude, incompetent people here and things had changed from the past. The scheduler at Bingham Farms gave me the wrong directions, she had to be faxed things from my doctor three times, and still didn't process the information for insurance approval when I drove over and handed her my copies. When I tried to follow up and ask about it, worried that I wouldn't get my infusion on time, she hung up on me, saying she couldn't do anything while talking to me. I... read more
Rude and incompetent people.
My husband had been using this facility for infusions but staffing must have changed in 2023. Now you can never get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment, all calls are directed to a voice mail to Jenny. She never calls back. I had been trying for 4 weeks to schedule my husbands January infusion. Because of the terrible customer service we are now using Infusion Associates. Sorry Newland- you are not reliable since MaryAnn left.
Great experience!!! First time here with my mother and everyone has been very friendly, helpful and caring!!
