I always loved this place but it's far from my home so I stopped by when I was in the area. The experience was great! I ordered on the kiosk but couldn't find the new drinks on the menu so I ordered a tea. I asked the lady at the counter if I can just replace the drink and I would gladly pay the difference. The believe the young lady that was the manager, just replaced it without any issue. These are the little things that make a difference to me.
