Understaffed and you can tell the staff feels it and treats customers rudely. It's taken over 35 minutes after ordering for our food to come out and I asked the manager about it and he tells me they are busy. I don't recommend you try this place and we won't be back.

Hello, first time to try Newks Eatery. The Italian Sausage and Pepperoni pizza was Very Good! The Simple salad I ordered was pretty pitiful. I don't know if it came in a chilled bowl or if it had been made a while. There was a frozen disc of ice in the bottom of it. I asked for Blue Cheese dressing and asked the person if it was IN the salad since it was not ON the salad. I was assured it was in the salad. Never tasted or saw any. We were in from Alaska in some sad family business. Stoped.at in and had one of the best lunches I can honestly say I had ever had. Great staff super clean location.wish they were in alaska. Thanks to you and your staff.
I want to share a recent experience I had with Newks in Little Rock. I am a medical device rep and ordered a catered lunch for a large phycian office yesterday. When the lunch didn't show up on time, I phoned only to discover the gentleman who took my order filed it under the wrong day. It made for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience at the office because physicians and staff members were not able to eat. But that is not my point of review here.
