I have been to Newk's multiple times in other cities and enjoy the food very much. However, tonight is a fail because I was expecting to get a side of mac and cheese and they are out. Not a good grand opening! Stock Up!

We checked into what happened, and we actually were not out of Mac & Cheese - the counter server had misheard the kitchen. Sure hope you'll give us another chance to meet your expectations!
