I use to love coming here because of the quick and easy service but with all the new changes they have implemented it makes doing anything difficult. Dropping off paperwork to be filled out use to be a breeze but now there is a whole process and they take atleast 2 to 3 weeks to get it back to you. Before you use to be able to get everything same day which worked well for time sensitive cases but now everything just seems like a hassle.
It’s take 1 hour to checkout. They don’t care about the patient. When I visit over there 5 to 6 hours gone
While the nurses and doctors are pretty nice, it is almost impossible to make an appointment here. To begin with, the new phone system will have you waiting 10 minutes minimum. Sometimes you'll hear a dial tone after 10 minutes and the line will get cut off. Then you have to start all over again. Second, the waiting message literally refers to patients as customers. And third, the staff who finally picks up treats you like you're a customer - not a patient. God forbid you have an emergency. I almost never get an appointment ... read more
GREAT Doctors and nursing staff, Only front desk staff needs a lot of improvements, Especially discharge staff takes their sweet time.Other than that no complaints.
I had a bad experiences also Today I call for making an appointment Whoever picked up he was very rude and Conversation Wasn’t nice after making an appointment I said thank you I appreciate for your help he didn’t say nothing and cut the line 😞
