I would not recommend New Heights Dental based on the experience my friend had. She had her trays removed and was told treatment was complete, and now they’re saying they need to put them back on. That kind of mistake shouldn’t happen and shows a lack of attention to detail. It’s frustrating and very unprofessional.

I originally had a cleaning scheduled for December, but it had to be postponed because my blood pressure was too high. When I called the office to reschedule the cleaning, the scheduler asked if anything had changed. I explained that I also had a tooth bothering me and might need a root canal. Instead of scheduling both appointments, the scheduler only booked the root canal, even though the purpose of my call was to reschedule the cleaning. I’m becoming disappointed with this office. What an amazing group of people. I have been going through a really difficult time in my life and I can honestly say their care and compassion was indescribable. Cassie, Dr Gracie, Audrey, Sana, Juli, Dr. Riley….I am so thankful for people like you. Thank you for the difference you make for people every day.
