I originally had a cleaning scheduled for December, but it had to be postponed because my blood pressure was too high. When I called the office to reschedule the cleaning, the scheduler asked if anything had changed. I explained that I also had a tooth bothering me and might need a root canal. Instead of scheduling both appointments, the scheduler only booked the root canal, even though the purpose of my call was to reschedule the cleaning. I’m becoming disappointed with this office. What an amazing group of people. I have been going through a really difficult time in my life and I can honestly say their care and compassion was indescribable. Cassie, Dr Gracie, Audrey, Sana, Juli, Dr. Riley….I am so thankful for people like you. Thank you for the difference you make for people every day.
Very through and took care of my concerns with the Dentist and staff being empathetic and helpful.
