Outstanding property management company! Both the owners and the tenants are treated in an extremely professional and positive manner! Repairs to the property are handled quickly and the repair costs are very reasonable. I have worked with another larger property management company and all they were good at was making excuses about why they could not do things correctly. Definitely choose NewGen Properties LLC as your property management company!
Worst company ever. Susan treats her clients terribly. And the company has the worst customer service. I just completed my rental in a lovely home that I had rented for over 3 years. NewGen properties took over renting my home in the last two months and Susan is the only reason why I left. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before.
