0 Stars. Very disappointing experience. I rented from Newgen Properties for one year and had no major issues with Kate or Ms. Susan until move-out. That is when everything changed. I paid two security deposits, and more than half was withheld for deductions I strongly dispute. The apartment already had cheap, paint and walls that needed repainting( like major Cracks)when I moved in, yet I was left feeling as though I was being charged for pre-existing issues.
