Purchased my Newgen Caravan before this business change brand name ,Earlier this year my van was taken in for some warranty work (250 klms from home base ) and left for 4 days , Widows were fixed , new speaker on the outside of the van ( oops forgot to wire 1 in) My main gripe was from day 1 if we let the water out of the kitchen sink it come up in the shower , 18 months of this and was told all fixed , It wasn’t, The service dept charge head office $320.00 to replace a $20.00 part which I can’t see was even touched , After ... read more
