Most of staff ok but well there my mom got infection in back that due to neglect grew to size of bace ball and finger deep after several scraping and several mts of treatments all most healed now she might have to have her big toe amputated because sore was infected and not treated right . Staff don't follow Dr orders or document every recorded that was finding from nyshd .
