This facility is absolutely TERRIBLE! I know this review is long, but it's important that everyone understands just how terrible this place really is. My mom was brought here for what was supposed to be a short stay for rehabilitation. She was admitted to the facility on November 10th 2020. I live there now and they treat the residents like crap for the most part yes some staff care but the are few and far between. I wait for hours to be changed and helped yet no help, I have even yelled help but none came! They moved me rooms when I said that I did not want, so sad to bad they did it any ways! I hate it here but I cannot get out to an other place! Do not let your family go here!!

dont get food sent to this shithole...my family sent me food .not only did this place lie and said it wasn't delivered but dispersed it to Cwing and gave away all my food. This place is horrible and I pray everyday to get out of here. Do NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE....THE TRUE SHADY PINES
I have had three family members in this facility including my father who spent his last days there. The care my father received in his last days was so caring and passionate. The employees not only made sure my father was comfortable but my family as well. Thank you to all employees from the admissions department...the nursing staff....the CNAS...the dietary department who constantly asked if we needed anything to the housekeepers who made sure my dad had a clean room. They are ranked in the top 16 worst nursing homes in the nation for a good reason. although that is a higher up management problem. Shout out to the nurses and aides that show up every day and work short staffed and give it their all anyhow.
