I tried the group workout class after trying and failing many times to workout on my own. Ed was very understanding of my concerns and has made sure to accommodate my needs at every turn. In the group workout class he shows us how do do the movements and watches us carefully to make sure we are using proper form. He also helps to make sure we are using the proper weights or alternative exercises to fit our abilities. I can honestly say that I didn't enjoy lifting weights until I visited this CrossFit gym. Ed is such a great coach and designs the workouts so they're both fun and challenging. He's encouraging, patient, attentive, makes sure you have the form down before starting any movements, and pushes you just the right amount (not to mention he's vegan, gives a discount if you're vegan, and his dog named Apollo hangs out with you during the workout!). Great small gym! Listens to feedback, adjusts to your needs as an individual while keeping the program applicable for the group. Stays challenging and always motivating!
