Top Notch Builder with Relevant Product.
Six years ago we had a house built by the Jacobs-Newell company, a precursor to Newell Development. Now many things are breaking in this house, and sooner than one would expect. There are cracks in the walls. A door frame to a closet door spontaneously sagged and failed, making the door useless. Also, they promised us a LEED certification in our original contract, and this certification never came. Be very careful with these people.
Great Developer for small and large-scale projects, has helped me scale my portfolio quickly by being incredibly hands on in every facet of my projects from planning, to construction to finish out. By far the best developer in NWA and love how accessible they are, whenever I have questions or need guidance. Highly recommend.
