Fantastic team! It's clear they all truly care about the animals. Good pricing - especially the dental special! They went over a monthly wellness package, I didn't sign up but it does seem good. Dr Serano was very welcoming and I like how she explained the purpose of each test instead of just telling me to do it like other vets. I felt like my pet was the priority while my time and money was still respected

Dr Serrano it’s a really good veterinary who actually pays attention and cares about animals. She explains everything with details and is not rushing to finish quickly. I changed from Banfield to NewDay and I am happy I can see the difference. Note for management, if there can be more seats in the waiting area, because when I arrived there was an emergency and I needed to wait for around 30-40 min, all that time I was standing because there was just 2 seats.

I absolutely LOVED Dr. Serrano! She's just so sweet and so good with my pets. The assistant was also amazing! I will be coming back <3

Dr. Serrano and the team at NewDay Veterinary Care provided exceptional care for our pet. She is an outstanding veterinarian who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about every pet. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The level of professionalism and genuine care is exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Serrano to anyone looking for a veterinarian they can trust!
