Dr. Serrano and the team at NewDay Veterinary Care provided exceptional care for our pet. She is an outstanding veterinarian who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about every pet. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The level of professionalism and genuine care is exceptional. We were cat sitting a friend’s cat, this is their vet. We came in here with the cat who was foaming at the mouth and howling, and while they are not an emergency vet as we learned, their immediate answer to us was, “we are closing in 5 minutes”, and told us to seek an emergency vet. We asked where the closest emergency vet was and they “weren’t sure” nor could they provide us with guidance. They told us to go to PetFolk nearby, and we got half way there before we found out PetFolk also is not an emergency vet. The staff here... read more
I had such a great experience bringing my dog Yara in for her shots today with Dr. Yaritza Serrano and her team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Serrano was very thorough, took her time, and made sure to answer all of my questions in a way that felt reassuring and easy to understand.
