We had a wonderful experience 27 years ago when my father passed away recently upon my mother‘s passing, I looked at a few other places out of location, convenience, and decided to go back to newcomers where the entire experience from start to finish was much more personable, direct, informative, and compassionate. Since death is a part of life, we will continue to use newcomers in the future.

I had a great experience with my husband's funeral. They went over the top with everything I wanted and needed. All handled with professionalism and grace. Not rushed, very caring people. Only wished they had a reception area for a dinner afterwards.
