Everyone was very helpful and took all the time we needed. they have kept in contact with us making sure we had no further needs.
Shelby directed my Husband’s service. She is absolutely amazing, and I feel so incredibly lucky that someone like her exists. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for her support. Her kindness and compassion helped me get through such an unimaginable time, making everything feel a little more bearable. The service was heartfelt and beautifully done, and it truly meant the world to me.
i had my brother's funeral there in May 2025, Mallory was really nice and I was overjoyed by the service area. I even had sandwiches for my guest and Newcomer provided water, coke & coffee. I received EXCELENT Service. The only thing I had an issue with they do not proofread....so if you have misspelled words it will be printed just like you sent it in.
My husband and I felt great comfort in planning our funerals together knowing they were what each of us wanted together as a couple. The process takes a bit of time but when he passed less than a year later, all the stress of those decisions were in place and our daughters and I easily walked through the final planning of his funeral. Newcomers has planned and performed my Mother in Law , Father in Law and lastly my Mother’s funerals. Some full casket and others cremation. Thru it all they are professional, patient, so kind and very classy with all they do. I would highly recommend and will soon plan mine and my husbands so my children will have the gift of the planning being done for them.
