Wouldn't of left one star if I had a choice my whole family has used newcomer and the last time it was horrible no pictures no music no help very unorganized had us running tolls and red lights almost causing accidents on the way to the cemetery and then had the whole family wait 25 minutes at the grave site of my father cause there driver got lost with him I will never use these people again worst experience ive ever had
We used their services for my husband on October 18, 2023. We were grateful to them for the compassion, professionalism, and kindness shown to us. My sister Nelly passed away July 25, 2025 and we definitely knew we were choosing their services again. You guys false advertise you say your the cheapest of any other place when my father in law past I called you guys first and then called three other places you were the most expensive of all by over a thousand dollars so how can your commerical say your the cheapest my advice is call another place first before you use this place they will rip you off at a time in your life when you don't need someone to do that to you SHAME ON YOU GUYS
