They were amazing thru whole process. Never been thru this before and they took time to help me everytime I had a question. They even took care of my aunt while I was in texas . Thankyou for everything and even the check up calls . First time I felt a company cared how I felt and not what I could afford

Customer service and communication have been awful at this particular location. Very disheartening especially when trying to handle a loved one’s final arrangements. You’re told you’d be notified of progress and it never happens from their end. I’ve paid thousands of dollars to a place that has no interest whatsoever in showing compassion.

The staff at Newcomer Orlando were exceptional. Eric, the funeral director, along with Alexis, Lo, and Richard made our experience a positive one. Funerals are a part of life, but nothing anyone looks forward to. With the above mentioned staff, they made an emotional event, a positive and memorable one. We thank each of you for your professionalism and empathy. We would recommend your funeral home whole heartedly.
