Newcombe called our office in another county. Was upset that a phone call wasn't returned. When he asked how long the present DA has worked here I told him I wasn't sure. His reply " well you work there don't you?" That smartass comment was not needed nor appreciated. I will be reporting to the bar association.
It is sad when an attorney lies to the judge and misrepresents his own client and withholds evidence to gain control of an estates assets. I terminated Mr. Bob Ross and would NOT recommend him.
Avoid this attorney. The staff is horrible, knowledge of family law is low. Lies and will take your money, but does nothing. Avoid!!!!!
