I heard a rattling sound from my compressor and called Newcomb to check it out. The two techs were timely, introduced themselves and listened to my explanation. They quickly determined the sound was my unit switching to defrost mode and needed no repair. My unit is over 10 years old and they probably could have sold me something-even a new unit!- if they were not honest. I appreciated that and will definitely use them again.

Having Hvac training myself, but unable to do it. The guy they sent to my house overpriced everything so much, and then tried to upsell me on things I definitely didn't need. Tried to insult me about my hvac knowledge.
Cannot say enough good things about Walter Dobucki and the Newcomb team. Very knowledgeable with great attention to detail. Highly recommend.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently purchased a maintenance plan that included two cleanings and filter replacements per year for $850. After receiving the first cleaning, the company informed me that most of my filters would cost an additional $530 because they claim those filters are not included in the plan. I wish they had been upfront from the beginning so I could have budgeted for the extra cost. Now I need to cancel my plan because I hate hidden fees. BAD BUSINESS.
