After 2 canceled appointments (they forgot to schedule us) they finally came to fix our showers. The workers were nice but $3700 later, my shower still isn’t fixed. We were also promised a discount for the cancelled appointments and didn’t get one. Update 9/1: my shower is leaking AGAIN and they will definitely be coming to fix it free of charge because they’re not getting another dime from me!!

I needed to replace my HVAC unit and have had excellent references for Newcomb and Company. I have to give a shout out to Walter Dobucki and his team for their excellent professionalism throughout the time they were replacing my unit. They cleaned up and removed my old system, respectful of my property. 1st review originally posted in 2019 for prior home. 2nd review for service at new home posted 8-13-2025. We have used Newcomb and Co for over a year now to maintain an aging HVAC system. Once in the middle of a heat wave, I called after midnight on a weekend, and someone was out early the next morning to fix the problem. Recently when the furnace finally failed, we decided to replace the whole unit and move it to a location much more accessible to the crawlspace access door.
