Everything was good til they came to do scheduled maintenance. On same day of work 4 hours after they left neither of the 2yo AC worked whereas before they came both worked well. It was 80 degrees inside the house on a day it was 94 outside. We will be changing services for sure
We recently had a new water heater installed, and we could not be more pleased with the service Joseph provided. From the very beginning, he was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, which immediately gave us confidence that the job was in good hands. If their service is anything like their drivers, I don’t want to use them. Just cut off by one of their drivers who was getting off of the New Hope Road exit off of 87 W in Raleigh, who cut over 2 lanes at the very last second to do so. Safety not a consideration.
