Our AC went out after 5pm, fortunately Joe was on call and responded very quickly and was able to get our unit running again in barely an hour. Joe was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend him and Newcomb
The repair person David Carroll was professional, informed, very pleasant and very helpful and patient
From selling us a commercial unit that has fully failed at 2.5 years after purchase and .5 year after warranty expiration. To having to battle with them over their technicians billing hours they were not present for. I cannot stress how much a horrible experience it was to deal with these folks. We literally had maintenance related issues for the entire life cycle of the unit they sold us. Strongly encourage you to look at other options before going with Newcomb.
