Last minute cancellation of 20 week scan. Not helpful at all in rescheduling. Only ONE alternative time offered. Pretty much told to go elsewhere.
Just had an appointment here. Great staff, friendly, extremely professional service, highly recommended. Bulk billing is a major plus !! Will recommend to family and friends !! Thank you to Warren and his team for the amazing service !
Hello my name is Aimee Stromeier, I came here today Wednesday 15/5/19 to have a general X-ray on my right hand after falling over on the weekend and checking to make sure that I hadn’t fractured any bones thankfully not , I went straight over from Charlestown Square Medical Centre after seeing Dr Daniher the lady on front counter could have been a little more friendlier for the time of morning it was but I was called in by Corey ( female Radiographer ) she was friendly and professional and had me scanned and out with my film... read more
I would personally recommend Newcastle and XRay and Ultrasound to anyone. The professional approach to your needs and specific empathy is second to none. The staff are always respectful and professional, they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease whilst catering to your needs. Their sense of humour/sattire had a calming effect on my treatment. Not once have I ever been made to feel uncomfortable. The bulk billing is a plus but not the main reason to go there, I'll definitely return.
Have now been there twice 2 in days in unrelated incidents and the team are super professional and do great work!
