I’ve been with Newcastle managing my property in Crestview for almost a year. Wanda was excellent in getting the process started and streamlined the process smoothly. Amanda has been my “go to” dealing with my tenants needs and has been keeping me informed on all quality of life matters. She has even taken preemptive steps to provide service to make sure the quality of service it’s at its peak. I’m proud of this team for managing my property, but even more for caring for my tenants. Amanda made the house buying process seem like a walk in the park. Her knowledge and expertise in the field made my husband and I feel very at ease during the entire process.
