I wish all rehab places were as wonderful as Newcastle. I feel like a queen being waited on.And when I saw my dear doctor , Dr. Mike Fetherston come to see me there I broke down and cried. I was feeling really down and just knowing he and the staff got together and made changes to my treatment encouraged me to work harder and faster. I could not be more pleased. Hova B. The staff is great and so helpful and cheerful. Everyone is so polite. The dining experience with a resident is beyond words and how accommodating the staff and chef are.
The staff is top notch and always looking out for the residents!
The secretary was very helpful to me and my guest!!!!
The hairdressers there are outstanding! Always there to make the residents beautiful.
Excellent care nursing staff (Cathy and Lynn rehab evening weekday rehab) really cares about patient and the servers (D'shawn) also care that patients get what they want and are happy
