Bank teller, after having an extended conversation about ‘canning’ with another customer; leaves a 93 yr old woman ( unassisted -no cane or walker ) standing there for 15 mins. Upon arrival, Teller un-naturally begins speaking very loudly without establishing whether or not, her elderly client wants to be spoken to in this manner.
