Friendly staff, knowledgeable and willing to go that bit extra to make sure you're happy. Fixed my problem and added a few flourishes to ensure they didn't come back. Kudos to all concerned.

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. A good place to do your banking. I appreciate that they are open to 5pm weekdays as well.
