Transferred funds to the bank and can't access it without going through their bs help desk.
Don’t bother banking with this rude outdated bank! Awful service
The service here was fantastic, the staff were kind, patient and helpful. I drove a long way and everything I needed and more was accomplished in 1 visit. This was a great experience from start to finish, thank you very much, it truly made my day.
Travelled a fair bit to get to here to sign loan papers. The lady who served me was absolutely lovely! In less than 30mins I was travelling back home. My experience with NPBS customer service has just been absolutely amazing.
Great customer service.
