Over the years I have had accounts with all the major banks, and as they have become less personal over those years I looked elsewhere and discovered Newcastle Permanent - they are everything banking should be.
Great staff there, polite and friendly. They care for their customers and have a good fraud prevention procedure in place to help their customers.
These guys are brilliant and very customer service focused (as businesses should be). No one was giving me a loan because I'm on a pension but Adam from NPBS head office went out of his way to assist!! I can't say enough about this fellow. He made the experience less daunting and did everything in his ability to help me, I'm sure of it!
Incredibly helpful and polite.
