Called at 4pm for an appointment at 4:15 (they close at 5pm on Sundays) and they still welcomed me. Helen is always the sweetest and she was down to recreate my inspo pic for GelX nails. She did not rush her work even after they were closed. She did a beautiful job and I am obsessed with them! She had great attention to detail and never makes me feel bad for asking to reshape,etc. Total was $75 and I tipped $20.
Went in for a basic cuticle cleaning and trim. Didn't want massage, or shaping or color. Just cuticles. She says it's still $25. As a full manicure. I say fine, but again, just cuticles. She says why not shaping and massage since it's included. No thank you. Just cuticles. But I would like a buff shine since I'm not getting anything else. She says that's $5 extra!!! Wow. I moved to Seattle 3 weeks ago. I’m so happy to find the nail salon near by my house in Newcastle but after when I got my Gel-X done I paid $70 and gave nails tech $20 tip. I’m very disappointed in two days after one of my nail just popped off, 5 days after the other popped & today 7 days later 3rd nail popped. I love them! They are always so sweet every time I come in. It is clean and always space for a walk-in. The prices are great! For a gel pedi + gelx nails with design $130! They have a tv to keep you entertained 🫶
Wonderful experience at this salon. The ladies took me right before closing time and gave me a beautiful pedicure and full set of nails. All 3 ladies worked together and did a great jobs and were so nice. I Love the shape and colour. Thanks ladies!
