We had an amazing experience purchasing our new car, and we would especially like to thank Nathan (Sales Operations Manager) and Samantha (Business Manager) for all their help throughout the whole process. Awesome experience buying a car from sales consultant John Khoury. Really happy with the car I purchased and John gave me a full run down of the vehicle and all the features making sure everything was connected prior to leaving the dealership. I would definitely recommend Newcastle BMW & Mini To family and friends.
Buying was easy. They could improve the pickup experience. They had 3 business days to prep before a 1 pm pickup. When I arrived I had to wait for them to get back (from RMS, I assume) and fit the plates - this could easily be done hours before I arrived. Waiting for this was not cool. I found several places on the car where the detailing was less than perfect - the car should’ve been checked over well before I arrived, and been pristine. Absolutely outstanding experience with Newcastle Mini Garage! From start to finish, Cameron went above and beyond to make purchasing my new car feel easy and exciting. He took the time to provide so much helpful information, he listened, answered every question, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. Nothing was too much trouble. Even the coffee was a standout! Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a car, but a fantastic customer experience.
