Changing from 1 to 3 only for the fact that the first two people I was on the phone to were awfully rude but I have now found some awesome people there that are in no way judge mental and are also very supportive well done Bonnie and dr a forbes for make me feeling welcome,supported,valid and listen to

The negligence of admin have caused me unnecessary suffering and distress. Staff relinquished care without informing me, when I was probing into why this happened, I was met with hostility and gaslighting by reception (specifically “Chris”). No compassion for a distressed and disabled patient. No admission or apology for their negligence and wrongdoing, instead they blamed me for my services being cancelled without my knowledge. Absolutely disgraceful. Will be pursuing legal action against staff and HNE Health
