The young man doing the instalation, I couldnt fault. He did everything right and was very polite.
The hot water system in the house we just moved into was ancient and needed replacing. Newcastle Hot Water Services were outstanding in the advice and support they gave us. Having recently arrived into Australia we wanted the reassurance of having a local company install our new system for peace of mind in the coming years. We're so pleased to have found this company. Gavin and his Team were great. They turned up when they said they would, put in a temporary hot water system until they could get the one needed, and then installed the new one. It was all done with a minimum fuss and I happily recommend them.
