Couldn’t recommend Gavin and the team at Newcastle Hot Water Services highly enough! Called them Friday morning and they had a brand new hot water system installed and ready to go, so we had hot water that night. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle free. Gavin was great to deal with, the team were friendly and got stuck into the job straight away. The pricing was also the best I found, which was a massive bonus. Really happy with the service and would definitely use these guys again.

I had someone else advertise a “no call fee”, only to be told there was actually a $189 inspection fee — which would only be waived if I went ahead with their recommended repair. They quoted $1,219 to replace just the pump in my solar hot water system. Fortunately, I rang Newcastle Hot Water Services. Their customer service was excellent — quick, efficient and very helpful. They replaced the pump for just under $600 and also identified that the solar monitor was faulty, replacing it for another $284. Before the repairs, the ... read more
