I would not rent or buy here unless you smoke pot. Inconsiderate pot heads here who smoke inside so the strong smell just travels through the building and eventually into your unit through the air vents.
Good: I can say from being a board member and a longtime homeowner here, that it is still a great deal for the location. Exceptional landscaping, bills paid and healthy reserves. Bad: Rules are written and enforced based on feelings. Do not buy a unit on a second or third floor outside walkway; too many smokers and personal belongings to walk by. Way too many large dogs allowed and cats run wild. Units are old so noise issues happen often and can be difficult to deal with.

The water issues here are outrageous. Cold baths, smelly water, and a very unprofessional communication issue between tenants and HOA/owner. There’s always some sort of chaos here involving utilities.
