Absolutely amazing experience! So friendly and inviting! Everything was explained very clearly! As someone who normally has an aversion to the dentist… Like most of us… It was such a comfortable experience. Came for my first visit yesterday as a new patient. As soon as I walked in the staff were so friendly and helpful. The receptionist gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to dentist as well. My dental hygienist was amazing and so friendly. We had a great conversation. So gentle with my teeth as well. Also the dentist was very friendly as well. At the end of my appointment I was given a welcome gift for being a new patient. Everyone went above and beyond to make my first experience amazing. My experience with Newcastle Dentistry was extremely comfortable. They were very attentive to make sure l didn't have any discomfort. I was shown before and after pictures of what needed doing and the finished work. I am very pleased and will be a regular client from now on.
Visited Newcastle Dentistry today for the first time to have one of my front teeth fillings replaced , with my kids graduation coming up it was a little bit of an emergency Dr Lamba and the rest of the team were very friendly and professional making me feel completely at ease , I see now what my wife and kids were talking about
