God forbid you ring on a Friday .... You have to keep from killing yourself till Monday . Diabolical . I've even been told by the person answering the call that they are not an emergency service !!! If suicide isn't an emergency I don't know what is . The whole system has to change
The Crisis Team does its best with the limited support available. Anxious Minds provides community mental health services and counselling. While our counselling service is not free, as we receive no funding for it, we ensure it remains low-cost and accessible. Importantly, all of our community mental health support at the HOPE Recovery Centre is completely free
Shocking service... Your thinking about suicide, takes hrs for contact to be made.. goodnight you've overdosed... System stinks appalling
Woman was nasty and dismissive on the phone. When called out on this she hung up. People deserve better than these.
