As a first time customer, I was completely in awe of the customer service and the overall feeling I had of being important at Newby’s. I was extremely happy with the way my vehicle was serviced and how the staff did everything they could to save me money on parts. I recently had one of my vehicles serviced here last month. There was something wrong with the engine and I researched the prices that I was quoted by Newby’s because I’m a very thorough customer. The parts and labor that Newby’s quoted were about the same everywhere I looked. Some of the aftermarket parts I found online were more affordable, but I would rather pay a little bit extra what’s recommended than have an issue down the road.
