We chose Newby-Vance to rent a mobility van for our visit to Oklahoma. Katie was our point person, and she was so helpful and accommodating! She dropped the van off at the baggage claim exit from the airport, and was right there at the departure curb to pick it up at the end of our visit. The van was clean and in great condition! All tiedowns were in perfect working order for my Mom's electric wheelchair. This experience was probably the smoothest running part of our trip! We will definitely call when we visit again. Kyle was so helpful in our selection of 2 ADA mini-vans. He also presented training to our staff on how to operate the handicap accessories. The vans we purchased are the nicest vans we have ever owned.
Thank you Newby-Vance for everything! Y'all had great service. Johnathan was tthe name of the helper and he was great on giving the feedback on anything I asked and really a good spirited guy. He would check in on everything just to make sure it was good out of concern. I really appreciate that!
