Newby management has made my home unsellable, I purchased the home Nov 2021 in the 27 months the lot rent has increased fro 1170 to 1470 the kicker is the new owners will get a rent increase to 1600. I paid 45K for the home represented by their in house brokers. I was told no inspection was necessary the 4 point was done. Within 6 months the A.C broke and they found all the duct work had been destroyed by animals.. With Covid that was a 10k bill within 2 years the roof was leaking 7k painting etc we have 65k in this ho... read more
This companies high reviews are based on food not their ability to manage a park. The management structure controlling the park I resided consists of a regional manager being the daughter in law of the vice president. These people brought in a manager and husband team that were friends of theirs and were petitioned out of a park Newby looks after for their rude arrant and lying behaviour.
