Newby management has made my home unsellable, I purchased the home Nov 2021 in the 27 months the lot rent has increased fro 1170 to 1470 the kicker is the new owners will get a rent increase to 1600. I paid 45K for the home represented by their in house brokers. I was told no inspection was necessary the 4 point was done. Within 6 months the A.C broke and they found all the duct work had been destroyed by animals.. With Covid that was a 10k bill within 2 years the roof was leaking 7k painting etc we have 65k in this ho... read more
This companies high reviews are based on food not their ability to manage a park. The management structure controlling the park I resided consists of a regional manager being the daughter in law of the vice president. These people brought in a manager and husband team that were friends of theirs and were petitioned out of a park Newby looks after for their rude arrant and lying behaviour. They continued to treat the residents with such disrespect, rudeness. They spread lies about the existing maintenance staff even to the ... read more
