My experience at this place I wouldn't give him a dime they have no pest control I have at least 108 pictures of mice in traps dead. The places are inhabitable. These people will steal lie and cheat you. And as of this morning I filed a civil suit against them and I will be taking these people to court and suing. Property manager lies, treats other tenants differently than others, they don’t make repairs, and even after you notify the city and have a founded case. They still violate your rights. 9/10 would not recommend these places to anyone. Someone tried to break in our house, and even after telling them we had a window that didn’t lock on the ground level, they still took months to fix it and only after the city got involved.
