I love my apartment. Nice, cozy, and very manageable. Very decent.
Clean but old apartment complex with old appliances. Not energy efficient. (Higher utilities) Thin windows and walls. Poorly secure area that has parking lot thefts. No security cameras on premises. Property manager and maintenance enters your residence every 3 months to check cleanliness and change filters. Pest control and maintenance enters on similar schedule. This seemed odd at first but no matter how clean my apartment was I saw bugs at this place that I didn’t even know existed.
