Property manager lies, treats other tenants differently than others, they don’t make repairs, and even after you notify the city and have a founded case. They still violate your rights. 9/10 would not recommend these places to anyone. Someone tried to break in our house, and even after telling them we had a window that didn’t lock on the ground level, they still took months to fix it and only after the city got involved. I love my apartment. Nice, cozy, and very manageable. Very decent.
Clean but old apartment complex with old appliances. Not energy efficient. (Higher utilities) Thin windows and walls. Poorly secure area that has parking lot thefts. No security cameras on premises. Property manager and maintenance enters your residence every 3 months to check cleanliness and change filters. Pest control and maintenance enters on similar schedule.
