Erin, Elise and Ryan’s Maintenance team treated me great. If you respect them they respect you. Only reason I moved was I needed a bigger place and they tried as much as they could to help me but a place became available sooner elsewhere. Highly recommended!!!
I scheduled a showing with Erin Graybill about a week in advance. I secured childcare and freed my Saturday morning. Erin Graybill emailed me 15 minutes prior to the scheduled showing to cancel it. I live 30 minutes away.. extremely unprofessional. Not to mention, Erin cancelled via email despite having communications to schedule via text. Who checks emails 15 minutes prior to a showing? The owner is very entitled. He drives luxury cars and doesn't care about the Tennant .I lived there almost 10 years and that dick charged me over $1,400 to repaint the place. Don't move there!
They are evil. They terminated the lease if an 11 year tenant, who is a disabled army vet for no reasonable cause. They informed the tenant of the complaint on the 7th of the month. Then they informed the tenant of this on the 25th of the month that the lease was ending on the 30th of the next month, and that rent was still due for the next month.
