Susan is super professional and incredibly kind, her office is clean and comfortable, and her work is efficient and detail-oriented. In short, perfection. My only regret is not going sooner! You’ll be so pleased with the results!
Highly recommend Newbury Electrolysis! Susan is gentle, kind and professional! Her shop is very clean and neat! She explains everything thoroughly before your treatment. The process is mildly uncomfortable but quick. I’m so very pleased with my results after a few treatments and plan on being a long term client!
One of the best decisions I've made! I was so self conscious about my chin hair... this was literally life changing. Susan is fantastic, professional, and extremely experienced. She made the process very comfortable and her space is so welcoming. I would 100% recommend her services!
Susan is totally professional and keeps her space immaculate.
