Service is ridiculous I got my 2 Highlanders from there but im done with the service dept terrible make an appointment for nothing to sit there all day then if u dont get up to complain they wont tell u the car is ready ohhhhh and let me not forget to mention how they just fix things without telling u or asking if you even have the money to pay for it so expect to wait 2 to 5 hrs and also have a unexpected bill smfh One day I was there to they were closing and im like why isn't my car ready they said it been ready ummm did a... read more
RecommendedNothing but great things to say about my experience here. Went in looking for a certified preowned Corolla and walked out with a new one for the price of used. Frank and the entire staff worked diligently with me to get me financed and on the road as quick as possible, would definitely recommend.

I originally wasn’t going to make a review, but after a really good experience at another Toyota dealership I figured I would share some concerns I had with this one. First and foremost, the sales person we were working with that day drove in the car with us as we test drove the vehicle. We didn’t realize until yesterday at the other Toyota dealership that it is actually against the regulations for COVID-19 social distancing in dealerships to have the sales person drive with the customer during a test drive. We’ve purchased two vehicles in as many years, the entire process from the minute you walk in to the time you drive out is a great experience!
