Staff is always very friendly and establishes rapport with their customers.
I am totally in awe of the amount of ease they give their patients. I avoided dentists due to a very bad experience with a previous dentist. Dr. Straton seen me while at another practice and after she left I followed her there. When you find a dentist who doesn't make you afraid to go you have to stay with them. The entire staff does this now not just one dentist. GO STAFF YOU'RE ALL SUPER!!!
I always feel welcome at the office . The staff are quick to call me by name and willing to help..
