I wasn't sure how they where going to be because it was my first time going to them! But honestly I got to my appointment early they took me back right away! Shena was so great so nice to me! I'm so glad I started going to them! Highly Recommend them!!!!
This was our first visit to a dentist ever, Ry is almost 3 and I wanted to take her early! As soon as you walk in you are met with warm smiles and they have a cute cozy little room for kids to play in. When we walked back, into the room, my daughter's favorite show was on. She immediately felt at home and climbed up in the chair. When the dental hygienist came to do her initial check up, Ry was nervous and not in a cooperative mood. My last experience at the Newburgh Family Dental office was amazing. I haven't had a tooth extracted in over 40 years and was a little nervous. The experience could not have been better. Dr. Stratton was extremely easy to talk to and I felt completely comfotable asking questions about the concerns I had. I was actually laughig while she was extracting my tooth. The experience was quick and I experienced very little pain afterward. I rate my experience very high on customer satisfaction
