Located in an old four-story building, this microbrewery is surrounded by the Hudson river and the beautiful Fishkill mountains. The place offer tours and a range of brews to sample every week and is known for hosting parties, weddings or events. Its Cream Ale has also been awarded the 'CNBC's Most Loved Beer' in 2015. Food is amazing as far as bar food goes, which includes homemade pork rinds to burritos, tacos, pretzels, waffles and a lot more.

Nice building but not my favorite beer. too sweet for me
What a great first time experience! Went for Father's Day lunch - surprised to learn how many families were there and opportunities for kids and adults to play games in a great atmosphere within an old brick building. Food was great and of course the beer too! Will definite return!
The staff was very pleasant. The atmosphere was ok. I like the industrial feel with the steel, iron and lights but the seating reminded of a school cafeteria with the benched tables. You sit so far from your company it's awkward. Food looked and smelled amazing until I sifted through it and realized my chicken was red and bloody and my French fries were burnt. I don't anticipate coming here again. And the fact that I'm not a beer drinker, the food would be my appeal and I was more than underwhelmed.
For 5 years now these guys have been pumping out awesome beers. And now I have to say they have created my new favorite beer. Mega boss IPA. Honestly the most balanced and delicious IPA I have ever had. Tap room is a great family friendly atmosphere and you can't say enough good things about the owners and staff. If you're in the Hudson Valley and you like good beer... you will regret not stopping in.
