Got school pics at JVS preschool from Kathleen & paul’s Last year & they were PERFECT. This year at SCS the pics were from newbrough.... absolutely night and day. The quality is AWFUL. Background is obviously photoshopped. Refrigerator magnet is just a magnetic plastic sleeve. Got a tumbler as a gift for my SIL in California... it’s a paper insert inside a plastic travel mug and doesn’t even fit properly. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED at the quality. Kathleen & Paul’s was similar prices with outstanding quality

Horrible! This place is horrible. I've recently decided to stop using their services. I've been going there for a few years because Wheeling has few options for graphic design and no other option for film developing. They've never done anything to offend me personally, but for many other reasons, I'm done.
Excellent Service They know what they are doing! They not only saved my camera but they also saved my pictures from undoubtably being destoyed by my novice photography skills. They are pleasant and well serving. They maintain a high standard and also offer a good selection of frames and gifts that will be sure to please.
