It was my first contact with this office. The staff was very nice but the Dr. Li barely listened to me. He would ask a question and as I was answering, he was shuffling through papers. It did not make me feel I was heard or understood. I found another practice.
They are very caring Doctors. I’m very happy with them. My pain is far from gone but it’s Better.
