Truthful and negative review of: Melanie Healey and her landlord husband John Jones. My sister and two friends on the floor are also witnesses to the filth and the phone messages. Do not rent an apartment through this business. The owner of this business lies about the listings. My husband and I looked at a place she represented and it was a DUMP. Go elsewhere.
A most horrible and almost traumatic experience with Melanie Healey. I moved into a FILTHY unit in Stamford that was also infested with fleas, and she literally argued with me about the fact her 'cleaning crew' thoroughly cleaned the place and that she was 'sorry it is not up to my EXPECTATIONS' after my giving her almost $3000. I broke my lease and got out of the place. She was defensive and unprofessional.
