No Accountability. No Response. Buyers Beware!! After closing on a Richmond American home, I’ve experienced a complete breakdown in communication from their Home Care team. Multiple emails, phone calls, and outreach to both the Las Vegas office and the Vice President of Operations in Nevada have gone unanswered. Not even a courtesy reply. Treated Like an Unwelcome Intruder I had the most disappointing experience at Richmond American's sales office that I've ever encountered in home shopping.
